Experience : 2-8 years

Qualification : M Pharm/PhD

Expertise into :

• In Vivo PK , Phoenix WinNonlin, client communication, QC in ADME and PK
• Modeling and simulation: PK-PD, PB-PK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM, R etc.
• Transporters and hepatocytes research: uptake and inhibition assays, stably transfected cell lines,
• Physicochemical properties: Solubility, LogD, PPB etc
• Metabolism: Microsomes, Hepatocytes stability, CYP inhibition
• Cell culture: permeability- MDCK, caco2 etc.
• IND-enabling studies
• In Vitro ADME/PK sciences and holistic DMPK experience to drive Integrated drug discovery programs. ( Preferably 8-14 years)
