Roles and Responsibilities Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Managing a team of SM / ASM. Heading the Sales/Business for the entire Delhi/NCR region Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team Prepare action plans individually for effective search of sales leads, prospects, referrals & DSAs.
