We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliances, and governance practices, along with the ability to independently manage secretarial and advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Managing Companies Act compliances and secretarial records

• Conducting Physical and Virtual Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings

• Drafting agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents

• Filing statutory forms and returns with ROC and other regulatory authorities

• Advising clients and management on corporate governance and compliance matters

• Sound knowledge and practical experience in:

• Companies Act, 2013
• FEMA
• FCRA
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code(not mandatory but an added advantange)
