**Position Overview**

The **Behavior Technician** provides direct educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. This role works collaboratively with school staff, behavioral specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to help students meet individualized learning and behavioral goals. The technician supports the implementation of behavior intervention plans, skill-building programs, and classroom strategies designed to promote student success.
