**Behavioral Technician – 1:1 School-Based Support**

**Location:** Riverside County, CA **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM **Compensation:** $21–$25 per hour (based on experience) **Start Date:** Upcoming school year

**Position Overview**

The Behavioral Technician provides direct 1:1 behavioral support to a student in a school setting for the upcoming academic year. This role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting academic engagement, and collaborating with school staff and clinical supervisors to promote student success.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide 1:1 behavioral support to a student throughout the school day.
+ Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-building programs created by a BCBA.
