**Responsibilities**

+ Receive and document incoming modem units accurately.
+ Perform factory resets using manual button processes.
+ Conduct automated testing by plugging in up to 32 units to identify repair needs (60–90 minute cycles).
+ Execute Wi-Fi and temperature (elevated) testing procedures.
+ Perform cosmetic cleaning and minor repairs on devices.
+ Complete In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections.
+ Assemble kits and prepare units for shipment.
+ Pack and palletize products according to AT&T requirements.
