Bring your energy to Aggreko as Hire Coordination Specialist based in Sharjah.
You will be responsible for drive the integrity of Contract Lifecycle Management and aligns the end-to-end hire process, acting as the central point for both Hire Coordination team and Billing teams. The role works closely with CSR, HC, Operations, Logistics, Sales, Billing, and Finance to ensure contract controls, revenue recognition, and commercial compliance.
What you’ll do as Hire Coordination Specialist:
Principal point of contact, responsible for managing the Contract management & Billing life cycle of customer contracts, proactively setting expectations and communicating changes.
Lead, support, and guide the Contracts and Billing team to ensure all contract related & billing tasks are completed accurately and on time and provide the structured timely updates to the Manager
