POSITION PURPOSE

Analyzes health records for documentation compliance in accordance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations. Assists with gathering necessary medical record elements for coding and DNFB encounters. Conducts provider suspension activities and assists with electronic record support for providers.
