The HIH Application Development Lead Analyst will provide advanced technical expertise in application development and support. This role involves monitoring, triaging, and resolving complex application issues, ensuring system stability and performance. The candidate will work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and perform triaging for incidents and performance issues.
• Conduct analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace for troubleshooting and root cause identification.
• Provide L2 application support , including incident resolution and escalation management.
• Debug and triage application code to identify and resolve defects.
