About the Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic secondary school. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups, helping students to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, deliver lessons in the absence of a teacher, and provide targeted academic support to individuals and small groups.
