Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Hackney (Full-Time, September Start)

SANZA Teaching Agency, part of Tradewind Recruitment, is currently recruiting experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for full-time positions in Hackney primary schools starting this September.
We are partnering with a range of supportive and forward-thinking schools across Inner London who are looking for confident HLTAs to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school.
The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions
Cover whole classes when required (planned teacher absence/PPA cover)
Assist in planning, preparing, and adapting learning materials
Monitor and assess pupil progress
