High Net Worth Producer


Job Summary


Seeking a highly motivated and experienced High Net Worth Producer to join a dynamic and growing team. As a High Net Worth Producer, you will focus on developing new business opportunities while maintaining a small portfolio of renewal accounts.


Compensation Package

  • Salary: Open to negotiation. Temporary draw for 3-6 months preferred, but fully salaried options are available.

  • Commissions: 50/50 split.

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (50% of medical benefits covered through PayChex).

  • 401(k) Plan

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a book of business focused on High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

  • Generate 90% of new business while managing 10% renewal business.
