Job Summary
Ensuring adherence to the Corewell Health Project Management methodology and quality standards, oversees strategic high- priority projects of mid to large size requiring considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. Accountable for facilitating and creating the program's delivery plan. Responsible to ensure all activities required to prepare the business and technology to successfully deliver the expected business outcomes are in the delivery plan. Responsible to ensure these activities will be formally tracked and executed by the project teams. Most importantly, will drive progress of the program ensuring that the true north for the project is achieving the expected business outcomes. Providing effective status reporting, issue escalation, risk mitigation and program decision making throughout the life cycle of the program.
