Job Description
Excellent opportunity to work as an HGV Driver with Derby City Council.
Staffline is recruiting an HGV Driver in Derby.
The hourly rate is £15.56 per hour.
The working hours of this full-time fixed position are:
- Tuesday to Friday 6am to 3:45pm
This role requires a good level of physical fitness due to the demands of the position. Very heavy lifting is involved.
Your Time at Work
The day-to-day responsibilities of a Driver include:
- Driving refuse vehicles
- Working as part of a small team.
- Occasional cleaning.
- Completing void clearances and pick-ups.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker must have an LGV Cat C driving licence and a full, in-date CPC.
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A good level of physical fitness is essential due to the role being physically demanding, walking up to 12 miles per day over a 4-day work week, with potential ...
