We are looking to introduce a Driver Mentor/Assessor at our Peterborough Facility, to support the Transport Manager with employment and annual assessments.

The Mentor/Assessor will ensure that all new drivers are competent and are fully familiar with vehicles, equipment, and depot procedures. Hours of work in this role will vary dependant on training duties required.

For this role you will ultimately be a HGV driver, and you will be required to hold driver assessments as and when required.

Shift Available: Predominantly working on Days, but this role requires you to work various shift patterns due to the nature of the role (Days / Nights).

Rate of pay: £16.54 per hour for all hours worked up to 39 hours each week. There will also be a Driver Mentor uplift of £30.00 per week once training for this role is complete.

Any hours worked over 39 hours each week will be paid at time and a half.
