Job Description

Are you an experienced or newly qualified HGV Class 2 Driver Loader ready for a hands-on role that keeps you active, valued, and rewarded?

About the Role

  • You will be based at our Williton Depot - Roughmoor Williton Industrial Estate, Williton, Taunton, TA4 4RF
  • You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:15 - 14:45
  • You will be earning a salary of £36,733.94
  • You’ll be required to work the Saturday following a bank holiday to catch up. 

    • Overtime rates:

    1.5x pay Monday – Friday (after 40 hours)

    1.5x pay on Saturday

    2x pay on Bank Holidays, plus a day in lieu

  • Delivering a reliable, high-quality service to residents
  • Always working to strict health & safety standards
  • You’ll primarily operate RCVs (Refuse Collection Vehicles) + Recycling Vehicles as required giving you variety in your day-to-day work.
