What you will be doing:

• Driving monthly and annual sales and profitability targets
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and regional activities
• Leading and supporting the Hermanus and Overberg operational team
• Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Presenting accurate quotations and recommending suitable solutions
• Overseeing project coordination, installations, and service delivery
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing stock, cash handling, reconciliations, and operational admin
• Identifying growth opportunities within the region
• Liaising with head office regarding operational matters
