Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with oncological and hematological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and ongoing care
- Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California
- Certification in Medical Oncology/Hematology
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical oncology/hematology setting
