Summary: The University of North Carolina Hospitals’ Oncology Pharmacy Team has an opening for a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) to support the Hematology/Oncology team located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The CPP will work with a number of oncology providers, supporting oncology patient education, clinical decision support and consultation, and the medication ordering and use process for patients seen at the infusion clinic. The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) functions as part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in accordance with privileges approved by the credentialing committee to provide high quality, cost effective care to patients in collaboration with a supervising physician and healthcare team.
