Good Neighbors Home Repair

Helping Hand (HH) – New Castle County

  • Job Title:  Helping Hand
  • Work Environment:  While an office is available, the expectation is that this person will be out in the community most of the time
  • Reporting Structure:  Reports to Project Manager
  • Pay Range:  $-/hour
  • Location:  Wilmington and the rest of northern DE
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, at least hours per week, preferably more

    • Overview and purpose: The HH is a critical role on the client engagement front. He/she will function as a technical helper within the Healthy Homes team, who will also function as a relational leader providing care and other resources to the client while we are making the home safer from a mobility perspective.
