Job Description
Responsibilities: Infrastructure Maintenance: Work with MSP to oversee firewalls, networking equipment, servers, databases, malware protection, and VOIP phone systems. Technical Support: Provide Tier-2 support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in person or remotely. Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, secure, and maintain workstations, printers, scanners, and applications. User & Account Administration: Manage Active Directory (AD), password resets, email maintenance, and access control. Networking & Security: Assist in maintaining firewalls, VPNs, network security, and compliance requirements (DFARS/CMMC preferred). Microsoft Office 365 Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 applications. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with MSP to ensure server backups, software/database integrity, and network security/connectivity.
