• 36 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and passionate individual with strong customer service experience to support our busy helpdesk operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and email requests, supporting employees, and accurately logging information onto our company systems.
