The Opportunity:
As anITSM deliveryadministratoron our team, you’llbe integral to architecting, deploying, andoperatingcomplexdeliveryenvironmentsacross variousDoWclients. You'll embraceanexisting helpdeskimplementation,document processes and workflows, including escalation,andadviseon opportunities for efficiencychange. You'll interface with key stakeholdersand users, including internal delivery and engineering teamsas well as cybersecurity professionals, toassureresilient data-centric delivery. You'll assist in designingand implementingcustom policy to ensure positive control ofdelivery and accessacross hybrid environments,including edge solutions. You'll manage daily or recurring help deskprioritiesand communicatesummaryto leadership.
