We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst - Fluency in English and Spanish to join our team in Bangalore, KarnΔtaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
β’ Helpdesk Analyst at Grade-6 position in Service Desk
β’ Must be a Graduate. B.Tech/B.E or any other technical degree preferred
β’ Overall 4 to 5 years of SD experience and experience handling a team
β’ Good comprehension & writing skills
β’ Must possess excellent customer-handling skills
β’ Should be comfortable working in rotational shift with 24x7 support window
Basic Technical TS skills
