About the Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Help Waiter / Waitress is responsible for supporting the outlet team in carrying out all operational tasks and functions under the supervision of managers and supervisors. You will assist in the efficient service of food and beverages, ensure the smooth running of operations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

• Understand the outlet concept and food and beverage offerings, and assist in explaining them to guests when required.
