βPURPOSE
The primary purpose of your job position is to perform assigned duties in an efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful, viable department is maintained at all times.
Under the direction of the Director of Information Services, the Assistant Director of Information Services, and the Helpdesk Supervisor the Help Desk Technician provides expert and creative solutions for user problems of complex nature to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
