Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Windows 10 systems and Active Directory.
β’ Manage service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate documentation.
β’ Provide support for mobile device management, ensuring devices are configured and operating effectively.
β’ Collaborate with team members to address IT concerns and implement solutions that align with business needs.
