Job Description
Description We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst I to support daily technology needs for a logistics operation in Long Beach, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving user issues, maintaining reliable workstation performance, and delivering responsive support in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will handle incoming service requests, troubleshoot Microsoft Windows systems, and assist employees with access and account-related concerns.
