As a Maintenance Manager at Heeman’s, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of greenhouses, retail spaces, and various properties. Your first months will focus on learning operations while establishing effective maintenance practices. Over time, you will transition into leadership and larger project roles, enhancing our service delivery.
