Responsibilities:

  • Organize production shop in a continuous improvement to fulfil the above-mentioned responsibilities, implementation of Lean manufacturing as the key continuous improvement tool.

  • Resource planning to reduce lead time, therefore satisfy with market needs, customer needs.
    Optimizing manufacturing process to reduce “waste” between/within production steps, therefore, to improve productivity.

  • Consistently strives to meet the production schedules.

  • Totally Productive Maintenance to reduce waste time of key equipment.
