**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate dozers, excavators, loaders, and other equipment for **fine and rough grading**
+ **Prepare construction sites by grading land and maintaining level surfaces**
+ **Support roadway construction** and install stormwater lines
+ Install erosion control systems and assist with **pipe laying**
+ **Work efficiently with small crews to complete earthwork and site development tasks**

**Essential Skills**
