**Pay Range: $28 – $35**
We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate heavy machinery
+ Excavate trenches
+ Backfill and grade sites
+ Install conduits and duct banks
+ Maintain equipment daily
+ Follow safety policies
+ Coordinate with field teams
+ Communicate project updates

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum 3 years experience
+ Background check required
+ Drug screen required
+ Valid certifications preferred
