**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR**

**$28–$35/hr + OVERTIME | BIG PROJECT WORK**

If you’ve got seat time and can run multiple pieces of iron, this is a solid job. We’re hiring operators for a **large data center project** — steady work, big site, and plenty of hours.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Run **dozers (D6–D8), excavators (300s & minis), motor graders, haul trucks, and scrapers**
+ Load haul trucks, push dirt, and build up pads
+ Dig **footings, trenches, and utilities**
+ Fine grade and maintain haul roads with blades
+ Use **GPS systems** for accurate grading
+ Keep equipment running and work safe
+ Help keep production moving across the site

**WHAT YOU NEED**

+ **4+ years** running heavy equipment
+ Experience on **dozers, hoes, graders, scrapers, haul trucks**
+ Comfortable working on large civil sites
+ GPS experience preferred
+ Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
