HEAVY EQUIPMENT APRRENTICE

Location: Clearway Equipment Office & Yard – 69 Freshway Dr, Concord, ON L4K 1R9.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST), Monday through Friday (On site)

Wage rate: $18-$20 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a motivated heavy equipment apprentice who will be responsible for maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance programs for our vehicles and heavy equipment. This role involves reviewing work orders, coordinating with the Supervisor, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all materials and supplies are received, tracked, and distributed effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing scheduled maintenance on heavy equipment and smaller construction tools, and other equipment relating to site as required;
• Perform smaller repairs as required but not limited to starters, hoses, alternators, batteries, lighting and other electrical issues;
