Job Description
We are hiring for Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for QC!
What will you do in this role?
You will be responsible for providing expertise and excellent customer service support that meet the needs of our patients by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, available payment arrangement, dispute resolution, collecting accurate insurance information, verifying benefits and eligibility, appointment setting, treatments and follow ups, patient support, also, coordination with the doctorβs office to secure authorization, among others.
Qualifications:
- Completion of at least 2 years bachelor's/associate degree (diploma is required)
- Must have at least 1 year and 6 months of BPO int'l voice experience.
- Ability to work in an onsite setup in QC and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
