Description
Conduct high-volume provider outreach (4,000+ providers) to support the collection of approximately 14,000 medical records (2023 data), ensuring timely and accurate retrieval.
Validate and maintain provider demographic data for 8,000+ providers across multiple health plan products, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Process and distribute 100+ provider contract amendments related to new product implementations, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Support the collection and tracking of Medicare Compliance Attestations, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted within deadlines.
Assist with Health Plan ID resubmissions (several hundred records), playing a critical role in maintaining provider network integrity and supporting organizational growth initiatives.
