Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle registration, appointment scheduling & general enquiries
- Support daily clinic operations and assist patients with administrative matters
- Maintain staff records and support administrative functions
- Manage inbound/outbound calls for appointments, enquiries, and service follow-ups
- Provide clear information and customer support to patients and caregivers
- Minimum A Level / Diploma
- Good communication skills & comfortable with fast-paced environments
