Job Description
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Handling billing, payment processing, and enquiries
- Assisting in basic administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, filing)
- Supporting clinic operations, including patient flow and queue management
- Managing phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
- Minimum A-Level / Diploma in any field
- No healthcare experience required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication skills and a positive service attitude
