Summary The Associate Group Practice Manager provides consultative support to improve patient access by standardizing processes, interpreting policies, and reviewing workflows across services. Uses data analytics and continuous improvement methods to enhance efficiency, address patient concerns, support training, and guide resource and budget planning. Collaborates with clinic leaders, Veteran Experience staff, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality ambulatory care operations.
