About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Director, Health Beyond Hospital, and working closely with the Senior Director and Senior Medical Director of the Integrated Access and Flow Network, the Health Services Manager (HSM) is a member of the Integrated Access and Flow Network leadership team.
