Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to join a manufacturer based in Widnes, Cheshire.

This is a stand‑alone role responsible for advising on and ensuring compliance with current Health, Safety and Environment legislation. The successful candidate will take ownership of site HSE procedures, systems, and policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Duties

• Maintain and report all HSE statistics in monthly meetings.
• Maintain hazard spotting, internal audit, accident reporting systems, and Workgroup meetings.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
