Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a **_Health & Safety Coordinator_** on behalf of a pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Strathroy, Ontario. The successful candidate will provide hands-on environmental, health, and safety support to operations while working closely with employees, supervisors, and managers.

**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential hazards
+ Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis
+ Deliver safety orientation and training for new hires and contractors
+ Support daily safety walks and Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) activities
