Job Description

• Conduct daily warehouse walkthroughs and inspections to identify unsafe conditions, practices, or hazards.
• Ensure all staff follow safe material handling procedures (e.g., use of forklifts, MHE, conveyors).
• Implement job hazard analysis (JHA), safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment.
• Oversee compliance with safety signage, traffic flow, and pedestrian lxanes inside the warehouse.

Security & Loss Prevention

• Work with Security personnel to monitor access controls, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and pilferage of inventory.
• Enforce protocols for delivery drivers, third-party logistics staff, and contractors.
• Conduct incident investigations for loss, theft, or breach of security.
