Health Coach

Turuki Health Care is a kaupapa Maaori organisation delivering integrated health and social services to the wider Counties Manukau and ADHB area. We provide quality, accessible and affordable health care and support to whaanau.

We’re seeking a community minded individual with a genuine passion for empowering others wherever their journey takes them. Health Coaches support whaanau on their health and wellbeing journey by connecting them with resources and acting as a liaison between patients and their dedicated GP and nursing team. Our team works with whaanau that have long‑term illnesses and aims to motivate and encourage them to make positive lifestyle changes by reducing high‑risk behaviours and managing stress levels. Health Coaches adopt a whaanau ora model approach that best supports patients’ needs and goals.
