**Position Summary:**
The Environmental Health and Safety Specialist provides support to the Health and Safety Manager to jointly ensure compliance with facility rules and safety standards. This is done in accordance with the processes and regulations established to preserve Life, Safety & Health in workplaces, protect the company's assets (machinery and buildings), and avoid environmental impacts.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Conduct regular safety inspections (GEMBA/Hazard Recognition) to identify potential hazards to the Health & Safety Manager.
+ Maintain/update/upload safety records, including incident reports, training materials, and safety data sheets in Sphera.
