We are seeking an experienced and proactive Occupational Health & Safety Manager in West Vancouver, BC to lead and strengthen workplace safety programs across a dynamic, operational environment. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety systems that ensure compliance, reduce risk, and support the well-being of all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

The OHS Manager plays a key leadership role in fostering a safe, supportive, and high-performance workplace while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, including the Workers Compensation Act and WorkSafeBC standards.

Working closely with Risk Management and operational leadership teams, this role oversees safety programs, training, audits, and incident investigations while driving continuous improvement across all safety functions.
