Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for our client based in the Kingswinford area for an experienced Health and Safety Training Manager. This is a key hire for the business and you will be responsible for implementing, co-ordinating and managing Health and safety policies and procedures across the site. You will be managing site compliance with statutory regulations providing guidance, advice, inductions and ongoing training for the work force. The role involves:

Carrying out regular risk assessments (and record maintenance) to ensure management have up to date safety records

Oversee safe working practices by writing and evolving processes and procedures

Assisting in maintaining and developing standard operational procedures

Build positive relationships with the site workforce

Maintain a working knowledge and comply with regional / national regulations.
