Job Description

About the role

EOI for a Health and Safety Advisor to join the Eastern Freeway - Burke to Tram Alliance. Full time, based in Bulleen, VIC.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain all project safety documentation, reports and compliance records while working effectively.

  • Lead and promote safety initiatives across the project, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.

  • Build, mentor, and support project teams by setting clear expectations, encouraging accountability, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Maintain a strong on-site presence, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and foster positive working relationships across the project.
