**Description**

The Senior Analyst - Account Manager, as a team member, assists in providing healthcare and group benefits solutions encompassing plan design, vendor evaluation and management, data analytics, legal compliance and employee meetings. Provides assistance with the benefits program selection and funding mechanisms to include employer versus employee contributions.

**The Role**

+ Manage the annual lifecycle of employee benefits
+ Be a day-to-day client contact
+ Work with team members to meet client needs, including:
+ Development and/or analysis of benefits strategy
+ Delivery of reporting that is used to assess benefit utilization and performance
+ Answer client questions
+ Work with vendors to solve employer and employee benefits issues
+ Schedule, prepare for and attend client meetings, as needed
