Role Overview

The Head - Total Rewards will lead the organization’s Total rewards strategy across a large and diverse employee population. The role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader with strong expertise in enterprise total rewards, variable pay structures, sales incentive programs, rewards governance, and large-scale Total rewards operations.

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy & Design

• Design and drive enterprise-wide towards rewards strategy aligned to business objectives.

• Develop scalable total rewards frameworks across multiple employee categories including:

• Sales

• Technology

• Operations

• Marketing

• Corporate Functions

• Field Force
